1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

ScheMarch, including its original source code, application architecture, software components, user interfaces, documentation, designs, and other original proprietary materials, is owned by Hira Barton, subject to any applicable third-party rights.

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in these original materials remain vested in Hira Barton.

No transfer, assignment, or conveyance of copyright ownership to Noir Stack LLC is intended or implied by this notice.

2. Commercial Licensing and Distribution Authorization

Hira Barton authorizes Noir Stack LLC to commercially market, offer, sell, license, sublicense, and distribute ScheMarch software and related products and services, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement between Hira Barton and Noir Stack LLC.

Noir Stack LLC may act as the authorized commercial distributor and licensing provider for ScheMarch.

This authorization does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

3. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Hira Barton.

Noir Stack LLC receives only those rights expressly authorized by the copyright owner.

4. End-User Licensing

Customer and end-user access to ScheMarch is governed by the applicable end-user license agreement, subscription terms, or commercial agreement.

Purchase, subscription, download, or access does not transfer copyright ownership.

5. Third-Party Components

Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective copyright notices and license terms.

6. Copyright and Licensing Notice

ScheMarch is independently owned by Hira Barton and commercially licensed and distributed by Noir Stack LLC under authorization from the copyright owner.
